As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email or letter before the withdrawal period ends.

The statement below explains who pays return shipping in your case:
Customers can return products within 14 days of receipt. If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by us. If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. For return requests, please contact us at info@ukrainianproducts.nl.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed, or goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
