Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email or letter before the withdrawal period ends.

1. Send your withdrawal request with your order number and contact details.
2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation from customer support.
3. Return the goods promptly after your withdrawal request.
4. Keep shipment proof until your refund is completed.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay the direct cost of returning eligible goods unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to our error.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food, chilled or fresh products, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons after opening.
